Post : BRANCH HEAD
Designation : ABM
Job Location : MALDA Districts of WB
Required Candidate profile :-
# Minimum 6 years of experience in Banks or any Finance companies (Not from Insurance sector).
# Currently working in Asst Manager or above grade.
# Age must be above 32 years.
# Male & Female candidates are both eligible.
Job description :-
- Achieving the allotted branch target.
- Acquiring new customers and addressing all product inquiries through branch walk-ins, sales activities, marketing promotions, etc.
- Regular follow-up for interest collection and NPA reduction.
- Responsible for regular branch operations including KYC process, gold appraisal, strong room operations, gold packet preparation, closures and renewals.
- Cross-selling all products and increasing branch walk-ins.
- Ensuring error-free audit reports and proper compliance at the branch.
- Maintaining punctuality, discipline and a high level of morality in line with the ethics & values of the company.
- Cost control.
- Other duties as instructed by higher authority.
