Job Summary
The Cluster Manager – CV is responsible for managing and growing the commercial vehicle loan portfolio across a cluster of branches. The role involves driving business volumes, ensuring portfolio quality, managing team performance, and strengthening relationships with dealers and customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Growth & Sales
- Achieve disbursement targets for commercial vehicle loans
- Drive sourcing of new business through channels like dealers, DSAs, and direct sales
- Identify growth opportunities in assigned cluster markets
- Promote financial products such as new CV loans, used CV loans, and refinancing
2. Team Management
- Lead and manage branch sales teams within the cluster
- Set targets and monitor team performance
- Train and mentor team members to improve productivity
- Ensure adherence to company policies and processes
3. Dealer & Channel Development
- Build strong relationships with vehicle dealers and channel partners
- Appoint and manage DSAs (Direct Selling Agents)
- Expand dealer network to increase business sourcing
4. Credit & Risk Management
- Ensure quality sourcing by adhering to credit norms
- Monitor portfolio health, delinquency, and collections performance
- Coordinate with credit and risk teams for loan approvals
- Reduce NPAs through proactive monitoring
5. Collections & Portfolio Management
- Oversee collections and recovery processes
- Ensure timely follow-ups on overdue accounts
- Implement strategies to control delinquency
6. Compliance & Operations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines
- Maintain proper documentation and audit readiness
- Coordinate with operations for smooth loan processing and disbursement
7. Reporting & MIS
- Track and report business performance metrics
- Analyze data to improve productivity and profitability
- Provide regular updates to senior management

Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred)
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in NBFC/Banking sector
- Prior experience in Commercial Vehicle (CV) finance is essential
- Experience in team handling and cluster/area management preferred
