Sales Executive – VADP – Anik Milk Products Limited

Job Summary

The Sales Executive – VADP is responsible for driving sales and distribution of Value Added Dairy Products (VADP) such as ghee, butter, paneer, flavored milk, and milk powder. The role focuses on expanding market reach, increasing product visibility, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.


Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Target Achievement

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for VADP products
  • Drive primary and secondary sales through distributors and retailers
  • Increase sales volume and revenue

2. Distribution Management

  • Appoint and manage distributors in the assigned area
  • Ensure product availability across retail outlets
  • Expand numeric and weighted distribution

3. Market Development

  • Identify new markets, outlets, and growth opportunities
  • Increase product penetration in existing and new areas
  • Conduct promotional activities and sampling campaigns

4. Retailer & Channel Management

  • Build strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors
  • Ensure proper stock levels and timely replenishment
  • Resolve channel partner issues

5. Merchandising & Visibility

  • Ensure proper product display and branding in stores
  • Implement promotional schemes and trade offers

6. Reporting & MIS

  • Maintain daily sales reports and market feedback
  • Monitor competitor activities and pricing trends

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of FMCG distribution network
  • Good communication and relationship-building ability
  • Result-oriented and target-driven mindset
  • Basic knowledge of dairy products market

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline

Experience

  • 1–4 years of experience in FMCG sales
  • Experience in dairy or food products preferred
