Job Summary

The Chartered Accountant (CA) will be responsible for managing financial reporting, compliance, taxation, and audit functions. The role involves ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, maintaining financial accuracy, and supporting strategic financial decisions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Reporting & Analysis

Prepare and finalize financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow)
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reports

2. Taxation & Compliance

Handle direct and indirect taxation (Income Tax, GST, TDS)
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
Manage tax planning and filings

3. Audit & Internal Controls

Coordinate with internal and external auditors
Ensure proper internal controls and risk management practices
Address audit queries and ensure compliance

4. Regulatory Compliance (Financial Services)

Ensure compliance with SEBI, RBI, and other financial regulations
Maintain records and documentation as per guidelines
Monitor changes in financial regulations

5. Accounts & Reconciliation

Oversee general ledger, accounts payable/receivable
Perform bank and ledger reconciliations
Ensure proper accounting practices

6. Budgeting & Forecasting

Prepare budgets and financial forecasts
Monitor variance and suggest corrective actions

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IND-AS)
Expertise in taxation and compliance
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, etc.)
Good communication and reporting skills

Educational Qualification

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience

1–5 years of post-qualification experience
Experience in financial services / stock broking preferred
