Job Summary
The Apprenticeship Trainee will undergo structured on-the-job training under the Government of India’s NATS/NAPS programme. The trainee will gain practical exposure to industry operations, develop professional skills, and support departmental activities while learning workplace processes.
About the Programme
- National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS): For technical graduates/diploma holders
- National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS): For ITI / non-technical candidates
- Duration typically ranges from 6 months to 1 year
- Includes stipend-based training as per government norms
Key Responsibilities
1. Training & Learning
- Participate in structured training programs
- Learn company processes, systems, and workflows
- Develop technical and soft skills
2. Departmental Support
- Assist in day-to-day operations of assigned department
- Support team members in routine tasks and projects
- Follow instructions from supervisors and mentors
3. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain records of assigned tasks and training progress
- Prepare reports or data as required
- Follow company documentation standards
4. Compliance & Discipline
- Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines
- Maintain discipline and punctuality
- Follow workplace ethics and standards

Educational Qualification
- For NATS: Diploma / B.Tech / BE graduates
- For NAPS: ITI / 10th / 12th pass candidates
