Job Summary
The Ecommerce Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations related to online orders, including inventory management, order fulfillment, logistics coordination, and team supervision. The role ensures efficient handling of ecommerce orders with accuracy, speed, and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
1. Warehouse Operations Management
- Oversee daily warehouse activities (receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch)
- Ensure smooth processing of ecommerce orders across platforms
- Maintain organized warehouse layout and processes
2. Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts
- Minimize stock discrepancies, damages, and losses
3. Order Fulfillment
- Ensure timely and accurate order picking, packing, and shipping
- Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for dispatch
- Monitor order turnaround time (TAT) and delivery performance
4. Team Management
- Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks
- Train team members on SOPs and safety practices
- Monitor productivity and performance
5. Logistics & Coordination
- Coordinate with ecommerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics
- Resolve delivery or shipment-related issues
6. Process Improvement
- Implement SOPs to improve efficiency and reduce errors
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows
- Use technology/ERP/WMS systems for better control
7. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies
- Maintain documentation for audits and compliance

Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (Supply Chain / Logistics preferred)
Experience
- 3–8 years of experience in warehouse or ecommerce operations
- Experience in managing ecommerce fulfillment preferred
