Job Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to promote hospital services, increase patient footfall, and enhance brand visibility. The role involves both online and offline marketing, community outreach, and relationship building with doctors, clinics, and corporates.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for hospital services
- Plan campaigns to increase patient acquisition and retention
- Identify target segments and growth opportunities
2. Digital Marketing
- Manage social media, website, and online campaigns
- Run digital ads (Google Ads, Facebook, etc.)
- Improve online presence and patient engagement
3. Hospital Branding & Promotions
- Organize health camps, awareness programs, and events
- Develop promotional materials (brochures, banners, ads)
- Enhance brand visibility in the local market
4. Doctor & Referral Network Development
- Build relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and diagnostic centers
- Develop corporate tie-ups and institutional partnerships
- Strengthen referral channels
5. Patient Relationship Management
- Ensure positive patient experience and feedback handling
- Work on patient retention strategies
- Monitor patient satisfaction and service quality
6. Market Research & Analysis
- Analyze competitor activities and healthcare trends
- Track campaign performance and ROI
- Use data to improve marketing strategies
7. Team Management
- Lead and manage marketing team
- Coordinate with doctors, operations, and admin teams

Educational Qualification
